Start Times: Between start times between (Apply online only) for Day Drivers

Location: Banbury

Salary: Day Drivers: 16.71 first 45hrs, 20.50 over 45hrs per week.

Contract Type: On–going and ad hoc

About the Role:

Pertemps are pleased to offer opportunities for Class 1 drivers to work on behalf of our esteemed client based out of their Banbury depot. Covering adhoc and ongoing booking opportunities. As a driver, you will report directly to the Transport team and be an integral part of ensuring efficient and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

" Adhere to company procedures and regulations.

" Manage your own working time in line with tachograph rules and regulations.

" Conduct daily vehicle checks.

" Perform customer deliveries safely and promptly.

" Maintain a high standard of behaviour and appearance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

" A valid UK HGV 1 driving licence, held for at least 2 years.

" At least 180 days of experience driving a Class 1 vehicle in the UK within the last 2 years.

" A maximum of 6 points for minor offences (no DR or IN endorsements, for insurance purposes)

" A valid CPC DQC

" Excellent knowledge of driver hours and regulations

" Experience with refrigerated units (preferred but not essential)
