Job Description:

Pertemps are currently hiring HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our team based in Welham Green.

Pay Rates:

* Monday – Friday: £21.40 p/h | OT: £26.00 p/h

* Saturday & Sunday: £25.27 p/h | OT: £30.50 p/h

* Overtime is paid after 46.25 hours worked per week.

Guaranteed Work:

If you can commit to Thursday – Monday or Friday – Tuesday shift patterns, you will be guaranteed work from now until the end of December 2025.

What you will be doing:

* Shift start times: (7am – 10am) or (12pm – 10pm)

* A mix of store deliveries in central London and trunking to depots

* Manual handling required

* Drive safely and efficiently in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive

* Comply with all health & safety, The Highway Code, and vehicle regulations

What you will need:

* Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence

* Driver CPC Qualification

* Digital Tachograph Card

* Minimum 6 months’ driving experience

* Complete a driver assessment and two-day induction
