My client is looking for a Fulfilment Team Lead to join their growing organisation! If you have experience leading a team within a fulfilment setting, with a hands–on approach, and are looking for a new role, then this could be for you!

Duties Include:

Leading a small team of fulfilment operatives with both permanent and occasional temporary staff. Motivating and driving the team to get through target number of orders. Stay updated on Royal Mail and carriers' rules, regulations, and tariffs to ensure compliance and efficiency. Carrying out administrative tasks as well as supporting with order fulfilment. Oversee and monitor third party mailing houses and relevant suppliers to ensure seamless operations. Prepare and present management reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Take ownership of account management responsibilities, including pricing and quoting jobs through to invoicing. Any other duties required.

The successful candidate will have / be:

Previous experience in a fulfilment/warehouse setting. Previous leadership experience. Proven process and people management skills and experience Strong organisational, planning, and administrative skills. Able to manage quoting, pricing, and invoicing processes.
