At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Food Production Operative to work with an important company in the Warrington WA5 3TP area. THG Myprotein is a leading sports nutrition brand, delivering a range of quality products including protein powder, vitamins and minerals, high–protein foods, snack alternatives.

As this is a 5:45 am start, if you live outside of Warrington please ensure that you have your own transport.

Shift Patterns:

Monday – Friday Rotation Morning /Afternoon

Week 1: Mon – Thurs 05:45 – 14:15 Friday 06:00 – 14:00Week 2: Mon – Thurs 13:45 – 22:15 Friday 14:00 – 22:00Weekly rotation from Week 1 to Week 2 timetable is mandatory.

Pay Rates

Day shift 12.61 p/h After 6pm 14.01 p/h30 minutes paid breakOvertime: 1.5 x basic pay rate after 42 hours worked in one week

As a Food Production Operative you will need to have:

Interest to learn new skills and processes as full training will be provided.Communication and numeracy skills – a good level of English is required.Good attention to details.Excellent Timekeeping and high performance.This is a full–time role; you must have full–time Right to Work permitted.Role of a Food Production Operative:

Working within a busy/fast paced environment which requires a high level of dexterity and accuracy.Manual weighing out of ingredients of bags up to 25kg – following a recipe.Quality checking and reporting resultsWorking to a schedule as part of a teamClean–down the station and other manufacturing areas between batches and allergensChecking of batches & quantitiesChecking documentation to ensure products are packed in line with specification.Complete all health and safety checks and actions in line with company procedure.Benefits of working with us as Food Production Operative:
