Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Export Co-Ordinator to join our friendly and proactive Client in Basildon.

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Your responsibilities include:

Process warehouse cargo receipts and enter shipment information into our internal databaseLiaise with the warehouse to clarify any cargo queries, or follow up with expected cargo / late arrivalCommunicate with customers to request relevant shipping documents prior to goods being loaded.Ensure all file data is accurate and up to date before handing over for invoicingArrange collections via transport department or pallet networkAssist with rating / invoicingLiaise with shipping lines regarding container bookingsPotential for progression: the right candidate could eventually be given further responsibilities to run their own service or look after key client accounts.You will need:

Confident and outgoing individual.Experience in container loading / planning would be a benefitGood understanding of excel would be an advantageExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.Able to communicate in a clear, concise, and logical manner both verbally and written.Be able to organise and multi-task.Shipping & Freight experience - Min 1 yearGood time management skills.Driver with own transport is desirable.UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
