Description
Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Export AOG Operator for a busy well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Feltham, Middlesex area.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage export airfreight shipments from booking to final deliveryHandle AOG (Aircraft on Ground) shipmentsCommunicate with airlines, ground handlers, overseas agents, and internal teamsPrepare and process export documentation (AWBs, customs declarations, etc.)Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clientsEnsure compliance with HMRC, IATA, and international trade regulationsDeliver high-quality customer service under pressureSupport operational improvements and efficiencyParticipate in out-of-hours or on-call rotas as neededRequirements:-
Experience in airfreight export operations (freight forwarding)Experience with AOG'sFamiliarity with export customs procedures and documentationWorking hours are Monday - Friday
