Description

Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to improve service delivery.

Collaborate with internal departments to identify and address digital challenges.

Lead the design and execution of digital projects from concept to completion.

Analyse data to inform decision-making and enhance service efficiency.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in digital innovation.

Provide guidance and training to staff on new digital tools and systems.

Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine digital initiatives.

The successful Digital Innovation Manager should have:
