Location: Barrow–in–Furness

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off rotation

Pay Rate: 14.65/hour + Overtime at 25.64/hour

Contract Type: Ongoing, Full–Time Assignment

We are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a well–established distribution team in Barrow–in–Furness. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long–term, stable work with excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a counterbalance forklift truckAdhere to all health and safety proceduresPalletising goods and preparing shipmentsCompleting relevant paperwork accuratelyUndertake training as requiredCarry out daily equipment checks and report any issuesWork independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

Valid, in–date Counterbalance Forklift Licence (not in house)Referenceable experience in a similar roleAbility to work both day and night shifts on a rotating basis

Shift Details:

4 on / 4 off rotation 2 x 12–hour day shifts (6am – 6pm)2 x 12–hour night shifts (6pm – 6am)4 days offAfter 7 weeks on shift, enjoy 18 days off
