Counterbalance FLT Driver

Description

Great opportunity to work as a Counterbalance FLT Driver for our client's pallet distribution centre.

Staffline is recruiting Counterbalance FLT Drivers in South Ockendon.

The rate of pay is:

– Day Shift: GBP16.65 per hour

– Night Shift: GBP18.45 per hour

This is a full–time role working weekly rotating day shifts or fixed night shift. The hours of work are:

– Weekly rotational 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm

– Night shift 10pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

As a Counterbalance FLT Driver your duties include:

– Operating 4.5–ton triple fork vehicles.

– Working in a busy yard environment, loading and unloading HGVs and moving stacks of pallets.

– Ensuring trucks and equipment are well maintained and reporting operational problems, including damage to the truck or other property.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will be physically fit to work in a busy, fast–paced environment.

Candidates need to have a valid and in–date external FLT License (RTITB or ITSSAR) and experience working on double or triple fork FLT's.
