Description
My client based is a well–established pump and hose company based in DE65, specialising in the supply, delivery, and servicing of industrial pumps, hoses, and associated equipment. They are in need of 2 week holiday cover for a Class 2 Hi ab driver working Monday–Friday paying 17–18 per hour weekly pay
Job Description:
As a Class 2 HIAB Driver, you will be responsible for the safe delivery and collection of pumps, hoses, and related equipment to customer sites across the region. The role involves both vehicle operation and manual handling, so a good level of physical fitness is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a Class 2 vehicle fitted with a HIAB crane to load/unload equipmentDeliver and collect pumps and hoses to/from customer locationsCarry out manual lifting and safe handling of equipment on–sitePerform daily vehicle checks and ensure the vehicle is kept in good conditionMaintain accurate delivery records and liaise with the operations teamProvide excellent customer service and act as a professional representative of the company
Requirements:
Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licenceValid HIAB (Lorry Loader) licence/certificationDriver CPC and Digital Tachograph cardExperience with manual handling/heavy liftingA positive attitude and strong work ethicGood communication skills
