Class 2 Drivers – Brislington BS4 – GBP18 per hour

Description

Blue Arrow Bristol are recruiting LGV 2 / Class 2 drivers to work for a client based in Brislington in Bristol (BS4). The roles are working Monday to Friday with occasional overtime available on Saturdays. The start times are between 7–8am and you will be completing around 45 hours per week. We have both ongoing and ad hoc positions available – please call our driving consultant Sinita on (phone number removed) to discuss the roles in more detail.

The pay rate for the role is 18.00 per hour, overtime after 8 hours & Saturdays are paid at 27.00 per hour.

Please note that the roles are physical and will involve loading and unloading the products, including pieces of furniture. You will be working with a drivers mate at all times.

As a Class 2 delivery driver, your duties will include:

Completing up to 5 deliveries dailyManual loading and unloadingCompleting relevant paperworkUsing PODsProviding excellent customer service

Candidate requirements:

Category C driving licence, up to date CPC and Digi Tacho cardsNo more than 6 points on your driving licence and only for minor offencesDBS check would be advantageousPhysical fitnessReliability and trustworthinessGood customer service skills and willingness to represent client's valuesGood level of spoken English
