Location: Leeds, LS9 0AN

Shifts: Start Times rotate between 13.00 – 18.00 shift on average between 8 to 12 hours

45 hrs per week guaranteed

Salary: 40,600 / 17.35 ph

We're looking for a reliable, experienced Class 1 Driver to join our client team on a temp to perm basis! If you're driven, detail–oriented, and ready to take on new challenges, this could be the role for you

Key Responsibilities:

Operate commercial vehicles (up to 44 tonnes), including rigid trucks, articulated lorries, and trailer wagonsDrive both long and short distances across the UKProvide excellent customer service with direct client communicationSupervise and assist with unloading goodsLift and carry goods, ensuring loads are securely fastenedAdapt routes based on traffic reports when necessaryComplete delivery paperwork or use electronic appsFollow Driver Hours Tacho and road regulationsDrive efficiently to maximize fuel savings and reduce wear and tearPerform daily vehicle checks (start and end of shift)Report and manage any incidents or accidentsComplete FORS eLearning modules and stay up to date on required trainingRequirements:

Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence, Driver CPC card, and digital tachograph cardGood physical and mental health for drivingPrevious experience in a transport or warehouse and distribution environmentKnowledge of distribution operations, driver's hour regulations, and tachograph rulesAbility to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasksStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyA focused and driven attitudeIf you're ready to join a growing company that values your experience and hard work, apply now and become part of our team!
