Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Education Sector
Location: Manchester (City Centre)
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 base + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE £32,000-£38,000)
Contract: Full-time | Start Aug/Sept

What We Offer

Uncapped commission - realistic Year 1 OTE £32,000-£38,000

The Role
Recruit and place teachers & support staff into Manchester schools
Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates
Source talent through advertising, networking & interviews
Write stand-out CVs and candidate profiles
Achieve realistic targets & earn commission from day one
Develop expertise in the education recruitment sector
What We're Looking For
Graduates, ex-teachers, or professionals from sales, estate agency, customer service, or call centres
Confident, resilient, and motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
Strong communication and organisational skills
Target-driven and passionate about education
A degree is advantageous but not essential - full training provided
