The Care team in Cardiff has been a cornerstone of our business for many years. They have consistently developed and nurtured top-performing consultants.

We are currently seeking a Fulfilment Consultant to manage key client relationships in the region, specializing in Care. This role will focus on placing support workers

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure an exceptional experience for all candidates interacting with Randstad's clients.

Managing key clients

Registering and placing candidates with clients

Meet or exceed established performance targets.

Maintain accurate systems management and compliance within your portfolio.
