Job Title: Talent Partner

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time or 4 Days per week

Location: Portishead Hybrid–2 days in office per week

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + 25% Commission Over Cap- YR1 OTE £35,000-£40,000

What You’ll Be Doing

Finding and connecting brilliant people with roles they’ll genuinely love

Building real relationships with both candidates and clients.

Managing the full recruitment process, from the first chat through to offer and placement (and all the stuff in between)

Working closely with existing clients to understand their needs and make sure they’re matched with the right talent

Being part of a small, ambitious start-up where you’ll help shape how we grow and what kind of company we become

No cold BD, we’ve already got strong client relationships, your focus will be on delivering great work.

What You’ll Need

Recruitment experience would be advantageous but not essential.

A self-motivated, proactive mindset.

Great people skills and a knack for building relationships.

The ability to work independently while being a team player.
