Job Title: 360 Recruitment Consultant

Location: Scunthorpe

Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 (DOE) + Bonus

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Venatu Recruitment Group is expanding! We’re looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our successful and established Scunthorpe branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recruitment or sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is hungry to grow a desk and earn uncapped commission.

As part of a supportive and high-performing team, you’ll be given the autonomy to manage your own clients and candidates while receiving the tools, backing, and encouragement to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle – from business development to placement

*

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through calls, meetings, and networking

*

Write and post job adverts that attract top talent

*

Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple job boards and databases

*

Manage the recruitment process including CV submission, interview coordination, and offer management

*

Achieve targets and KPIs set by the branch

*

Keep accurate records using our CRM system

Requirements:

Proven experience in a 360 recruitment or similar sales-based role (agency background preferred)

*

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

*

Sales-focused and target-driven mindset

*

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

*

Resilient with a proactive, can-do attitude

*

Ability to manage multiple roles and clients at once
