Position: Recruitment Co-Ordinator

Location: Remote

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: £14.15

Start Date: August 26, 2025

Contract Length: 9 weeks

Working Pattern: Full Time - Monday to Friday

What You'll Do:

As our Recruitment Co-Ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to serve our community. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating Recruitment Activities: Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and maintain a smooth recruitment process.

Database Management: Update and maintain recruitment databases, ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide them with the support they need.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to help improve our processes.What We're Looking For:

Previous Experience: A background in recruitment or related area is highly desirable.

Excellent Communication Skills: You'll be interacting with candidates and stakeholders, so clear and friendly communication is key!

organisational Skills: You can manage multiple tasks simultaneously without missing a beat.

Attention to Detail: Every detail matters in recruitment; we need someone who can spot the small stuff!
