We’ve been shaping careers in the built environment for over 20 years, with a reputation for excellence across Construction, Property, and Infrastructure recruitment. With three offices across the UK and a strong presence in both domestic and international markets, we’re now looking for a driven Resourcer to join our London team and support our thriving high-end residential desk.

You’ll be working closely with a Principal Consultant who has built a hugely successful desk focused on luxury residential projects across prime London and the Home Counties. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from the best, develop your recruitment skills, and play a key role in sourcing top-tier talent for some of the most prestigious developments in the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates for white-collar roles in high-end residential construction

* Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records

* Conducting initial screening calls and interviews

* Supporting the Principal Consultant with market mapping, shortlisting, and candidate management

* Building relationships with candidates and providing a first-class experience throughout the recruitment process

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience in recruitment or a strong interest in the industry

* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach

* Passion for luxury construction and design

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

* A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from experienced professionals
