What You Will Be Doing

Lead & Inspire

Manage, mentor, and motivate two dynamic Recruitment Assistants.

Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Champion values-based recruitment and embed it across the organisation.

Support the rollout of our new Applicant Tracking System.

Recruitment Excellence

Help deliver Hightown’s inclusive Recruitment Strategy - from frontline roles to Board appointments.

Empower hiring managers with the tools and training to recruit confidently and effectively.

Continuously improve our recruitment processes using feedback and data-driven insights.

Write compelling job adverts that showcase Hightown.

Ensure recruitment records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.

Create a warm and welcoming onboarding experience with videos, messages, and digital welcome packs.

Ensure every candidate has a first-class onboarding experience.

What You Will Bring

Experience of team leadership.

Solid experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or values-led organisation.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Experience with ATS implementation and training is a bonus.

A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
