We are seeking individuals who have embarked upon a career in sales, telesales, customer service, estate agency or call centre work and now would like an job which pays more, has greater autonomy and actually provide you with internationally sought after skills!

Recruitment is not easy. recruitment is an outbound, proactive sales role but the rewards are significant. Working in a lively high tech office, using industry leading software you will be tasked with managing the recruitment needs of a very well established database of candidates and clients.

Applicants must posses excellent communication skills and a confident can -do attitude. In return you can expect a competitive basic, a brilliant commission scheme and all the training to get you to the point you can hit targets and exceed them. There are few opportunities in South Wales where such a rapid rise in earnings is possible, but you will have to commit and work hard.
