Description

Are you ready to bring the language of money to life? Join our growing team on a mission to create a financially fluent population.

Programme Trainer

Contract: Full-time (37.5 hrs) or part-time (22.5 hrs), fixed-term 2 years (possible extension)

Salary: £27,500 FTE + all delivery-related travel covered

Money Ready’s dynamic Programmes and Delivery team bring financial education to life for young people, adults, and professionals across Northern Ireland. In this hybrid role, you’ll deliver engaging face-to-face sessions (and occasional virtual ones) in schools, community groups, and professional settings, primarily in the Derry City & Strabane District Council area, with some travel further afield.

At Money Ready, we are guided by three core values:

* Young at heart, serious in intent

* Stories are the best means of education

* We live in the real world

These values underpin all that we do – shaping how we support young people and adults, collaborate as colleagues, and deliver work that has lasting impact. Working at Money Ready means contributing to something meaningful, in an organisation that values both purpose and people.

No prior financial education expertise is needed, we’ll provide full training. What matters is your passion for working with diverse learners, your ability to connect with audiences, and your enthusiasm for making a difference.

Deadline: Sunday 7th September 2025

Interviews: Online (w/c 24 Sept) and in person (30 Sept & 1 Oct)

If this sounds like you, please hit apply now!
