They are currently seeking a HR Administrator to join their team in Shrewsbury on a temporary basis.

Description

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, including document management and record-keeping.

Assist with the onboarding process for new staff, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.

Maintain and update employee records and databases in compliance with organisational policies.

Respond to routine HR-related queries in a timely and professional manner.

Support the coordination of training sessions and employee development initiatives.

Prepare reports and compile data as required by the HR department.

Ensure confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations in all HR activities.

Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and systems by offering suggestions and feedback.Profile

A successful HR Administrator should have:

Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within the Human Resources department.

A good understanding of HR processes and best practices in the healthcare industry.

Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Temporary role, 1st September to 31st December

£24000 to £26000 per annum dependant on experience

Based full on-site on the outskirts of Shrewsbury

Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Submit weekly timesheets, weekly pay

Enhanced DBS required on successful application
