Account Manager

Based in Wilmslow with some hybrid working

Basic salary £27,000 to £32,000 depending on experience plus uncapped OTE, 34 days holidays, BUPA, pension, perkbox and lots of regular incentives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, energetic and talented Account Manager who is looking to join a highly successful technology platform and entrepreneurial team.

As an Account Manager you may have worked in either a 180-recruitment role with either a Recruitment Agency OR as an In-house Recruiter OR an Account Manager within a Technology or SaaS based company, open to other industries also. This role reports to the Sales Manager, you will receive on the job training.

As an Account Manager you will be highly motivated with a proven ability to multi-skill, spin many plates and prioritise a busy workload in a highly fast paced environment and play an integral part in building excellent relationships with both clients and recruitment agencies.

You will be the first point of contact for client accounts, onboard new clients and demonstrate how to use the IT system and have excellent communication skills to collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop relationships.

Duties

* Welcome and onboard new employers and ensure they understand how to use the system

* Qualify all jobs (with the employers prior to them going live

* Proactively develop and search for account growth and regen opportunities within your accounts

* Actively source for repeat business and existing client base

* Maintain the company’s CRM system, update accurate and activity details

* Have a good level of IT skills – MS Office and used a CRM System – HubSpot (training will be given).

* Discuss and answer any job-related enquiries once the roles go live

* Chase clients for feedback on CV’s and interviews and update the recruiters to ensure the recruitment process keeps moving towards a successful outcome

* Proactively develop and search for account growth and regen opportunities within your accounts
