Duties:

- Perform repairs and installations

- Conduct Basic electrical work including wiring sockets

- Utilise hand tools for carpentry tasks

- Carry out basic plumbing repairs and installations

- Execute painting tasks to finish surfaces

- Operate power tools for various applications

Experience:

- Proven experience in a range of trades including , electrical work, carpentry, plumbing, and painting etc

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively

- Ability to work independently

- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship in all tasks undertaken

- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues that may arise during projects
