The awning if in decent condition, the floor ground sheet needs a clean and have supplied cleaning fluid and proofing.
***the awning tunnel that fits to the camper has a tear but does not affect the awning in anyway and have provided waterproof patches to sort it out. As it is only the connecting part to the van it will take 2 minutes to sort.****
