Robens Fairbanks 4-person polycotton tipi style tent

Description

This is a fantastically made Robens bell tent with a single polycotton shell (that is still waterproof even if it's pouring down!). It has a single, super sturdy pole in between the porch and the sleeping area which, frankly, I'd trust in a hurricane. The groundsheet is totally integrated so you just put up the whole tent in one go, minimal faffing. You can also always easily get it in the expandable bag - which is SUCH a bonus.

Can deliver it locally if needed to Bovey, Chudleigh Knighton, Liverton etc.

£779 new, £699 currently on sale from Robens - would expect it to last for decades. Selling because we no longer do much camping and have other (too many) tents.

The Fairbanks is a single wall bell tent with protective eaves that extend out at the front to create a porch accessed by a single door with an arch-shaped two-way zip. The single sturdy alloy pole used has a high strength to weight ratio and is perfect for fast, easy pitching. It is slightly tilted to aid access and maximise the useable inner space that sleeps up to four people. The cowl protected top mesh vent design, ground vent and separate mesh door provide airflow.
