Description
Selling our trusted Easy Camp Daytona drive-away awning – perfect for VW Transporter, Mazda Bongo, Transit Custom, etc. It’s the grey model in the photos (van not included!) and has been looked after: always dried and stored indoors, only used twice at the litfest.
Key points
Quick-pitch, drive-away design – dome shape with colour-coded fibreglass poles; takes about 15 mins, then you can detach the tunnel and leave it standing while you head out.
Generous space & full standing height – footprint ≈ 300 cm (D) × 280 cm (W) with 210 cm headroom for comfortable living/dining
Compact to store – packs down to 66 × 24 cm; I’ve weighed the bundle at roughly 13 kg incl. bag, so it stows easily in a boot or locker
Weather-proof 185T polyester (3000 mm HH) with taped seams – no leaks, even in Cornish drizzle
Three-door access & big panoramic windows with privacy curtains – loads of light and ventilation.
Sewn-in bathtub groundsheet keeps bugs and draughts out; rear tunnel door lets you nip in/out when the van’s away.
Takes an optional 2-berth inner tent (not included) if you need extra sleeping space.
Included
Awning, poles, + extra pegs & guylines
Original carry bag
Condition
No rips, repairs or mildew – only a couple of light mud marks on the mud-skirt.
Zips, mesh and windows all perfect.
Price – £175 (new ones are £300+ when you can find them).
Collection/Delivery – pick-up Camborne/Redruth area (TR15).
