3 bedrooms available in a house - master bedroom, double bedroom, single bedroom.

Preferably I am looking for a family to rent the rooms, although a single person who can afford the rent would also be welcome.

I have split the house - the lodger family (or single person) will have the upstairs including your own bathroom and you will have your own lounge area which is situated downstairs. Only the kitchen and garden are shared. The house is comfortable, has central heating and is fully furnished (furniture is in good condition and more furniture is available if required). The rear garden is attractive and has shrubs/flowers, fruit trees (pears, apples etc.), grapes (on a vine) and vegetables growing, as well as a lawn to relax on!

Also, willing to re-decorate the bedrooms to the lodger's personal taste, if required (as long as it is not a weird taste!).

Sharing the house with 1 person - female, non-smoker, no pets.

It is a very quiet and very friendly neighbourhood.

Five Ways - further away but still in walking distance (sports club, cinema, bowling etc.);
