As a sole trader with limited technical knowledge I found Adam highly approachable and helpful. He sorted a problem with a laptop that had virtually ground to a halt in my home office within a day. I did need some new hardware which arrived the very next day and then all my files, data, email etc were transferred and set up that very afternoon. Certainly exceeded my expectations and got me up and running super fast and super efficiently. Would highly recommend.
