We have been working with 24 Seven at Campeys of Selby since October 2021. We decided to improve our telecomunications and upgraded to an internet based system, using Grandstream handsets in the office and POD Connect for when we are out of the office/on call. We had a few teething problems at the start with some latency on the calls, the support team were very responsive and managed to fix the issues quickly. The POD Connect system has become an integral part of our business. We use the app on our personal mobiles as an out of office on call function, this works very well as the calls are recorded as they would be in the office and also when calls are made through the app it rings out as our office number and not the staff members personal phone number. Overall we are happy with the service we receive from 24 Seven Cloud and I would recommend them to other businesses based on our experience over the past 18 months.
