Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Daily Rate: £95-£100 (with potential for an increase after 12 weeks)

SANZA Teaching Agency is excited to be working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Islington, who are seeking a passionate Year 4 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025 for the full academic year.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on pupils' learning while developing your skills in a supportive KS2 environment.

The Role

Provide dedicated support to pupils in Year 4 through 1:1 and small group work

Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering engaging lessons

Support children with varying learning needs, encouraging progress and independence

Promote positive behaviour and help create a focused, welcoming classroom environment

Play an active role in the wider school community, fostering an inclusive learning culture

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working with children in KS2 (Year 4 experience desirable)

Strong behaviour management and a proactive, hands-on attitude

Enthusiasm for education and supporting children's development

Adaptability and the ability to meet the needs of all learners
