Year 3 Teacher (Full Time)

Location: Dukinfield, Tameside

Start Date: September 2025

Contract: Full time until at least Christmas (with potential to extend)

Salary: MPS1 1– 6 (reflecting full teaching responsibilities)

On behalf of our client school, Tradewind are seeking a passionate and committed Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming, single–form entry primary school in Dukinfield, Tameside from September 2025. This full–time role will run until at least Christmas and is open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced practitioners paying MPS 1–6 which will be reflective of your experience.

The successful candidate will:

Carry out all teaching responsibilities including marking, assessment, planning, staff meetings and fulfilling all elements of the teaching roleBe a reflective and dedicated teacher with strong classroom practiceBuild effective and positive relationships with pupils to foster a love of learningUse effective behaviour management strategies that promote a calm, inclusive and productive learning environmentEmbrace our creative curriculum and contribute to the wider life of the school
