Location: Primary School, Lambeth

Start Date: September 2025

Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only

Are you passionate about supporting children in their learning journey? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 2 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and friendly team.

The Role: As a Year 2 Teaching Assistant, you will:

Work closely with the class teacher to support learning in English, Maths, and wider curriculum subjects.

Provide tailored support to pupils in small groups and on a one-to-one basis.

Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.

Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development.

Assist with classroom preparation, displays, and resources.About You: We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in working with primary-aged children (KS1 experience desirable).

Patient, caring, and committed to helping children thrive.

Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Enthusiastic, reliable, and organised.

Ideally qualified to at least Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).Why Join Us?
