Are you looking to make a real impact with your industry experience? Would you relish an opportunity to support the future workforce in developing their skill set and career aspirations? How about an opportunity to play an integral part in bridging the skills gap within the Construction sector?

With plans to grow our Apprenticeship provision here at East Coast College, we are looking for an experienced and engaging Vocational Trainer to join our team and nurture the skilled workforce of the future.

Our longstanding Employer relationships throughout Norfolk and Suffolk have been built upon quality delivery, open communication, and the industry knowledge our Brickwork and Carpentry Teams bring. Your personal ability to execute the role will ensure that our Apprentices gain the highest standard of skills, and Employers are able to grow their workforce.

Key needs from you and the role;

* Organised – Timely and accurate completion of progress reviews, work-based assessments, End Point Assessments

* Knowledge – Industry expectations, career options, Apprenticeship Framework, Health & Safety

* Qualifications – Level 3 in relevant subject, or equivalent industry experience, L2 Maths and English – Assessor qualification would be amazing.

In return, East Coast College will offer you;

* 37 days holiday FTE (including bank holidays)

* Generous pension – Employer contribution of 22%

* Excellent CPD opportunities

* Discounted use of onsite facilities – gym, restaurant, salon
