Job Description:We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Tutor to join our team, focusing on Looked After Children students. You will play a vital role in supporting their academic progress and personal development, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one–on–one and group tutoring sessions in a variety of subjects.Tailor lessons to meet individual student needs and learning styles.Support students in developing study skills, self–confidence, and academic resilience.Collaborate with carers, social workers, and school staff to create a supportive learning environment.Monitor and report on student progress.Attend training sessions and professional development as required. Qualifications and Skills:

Experience working with Looked After Children or vulnerable student groups.Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a difference in student's lives.Flexibility and adaptability in responding to student needs.
