Salary: £410.70 - £450.00 per week

At TeacherActive, we’re working closely with a network of vibrant Welsh-medium primary schools across South Wales. We’re on the hunt for Welsh-Speaking Teaching Assistants to support teaching and learning in the fantastic schools we work with across Ceredigion.

We are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant with the skills and confidence to carry out focused intervention work, supporting groups of learners who need a little extra help to thrive. Your ability to engage children and deliver targeted support will be key in helping to close the gap in learning and build confidence.

What we’re looking for:

Fluent Welsh speaker – both written and spoken

A genuine passion for helping children thrive

Experience and ability to carry out group intervention work

A positive, can-do attitude

Understanding of trauma-informed practice and restorative approaches is a real advantage

Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
