Location: Redbridge, East London

Contract Type: Full-time | Term-time only

Salary: £90–£110 per day (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

We’re working closely with several vibrant primary and secondary schools in the Redbridge area that are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their teams. Whether you’re experienced or looking to build your career in education, we want to hear from you.

As a Teaching Assistant, your role may include:

* Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups

* Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

* Providing support for students with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)

* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience working in a school or with children (preferred but not essential)

A passion for education and a commitment to pupil progress

A patient, caring, and proactive approach

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Right to work in the UK

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
