Description
Teaching Assistant Windsor Immediate Start (Full & Part–Time)
GSL Education is currently seeking experienced and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join schools in Windsor as soon as possible. Full–time and part–time roles are available. We work with over 100 schools across Berkshire, including Slough, Windsor, and Maidenhead.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support students with ASC, SEMH, and other additional needs on a 1:1 and small group basis. The ideal Teaching Assistant will be patient, energetic, and committed to helping every child succeed.
You must have at least one year of SEN experience in a school or care setting, and be confident managing behaviour and delivering support within the classroom. Previous Teaching Assistant experience is highly desirable.
Please note: A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection is essential. All applicants must pass safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
