Are you driven to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children? Perhaps you're passionate or experienced working with pupils or young people with SEN. Tradewind is currently recruiting Secondary Teaching Assistants for a range of supportive Secondary schools across Hitchin.

These roles offer the chance to work closely with children who have a variety of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and moderate learning needs. Positions are full–time, long–term, and come with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.

What we're looking for:

Experience supporting children with SEN, or a genuine interest in the field

A patient, flexible and proactive approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
