Teaching Assistant

NextGen Teachers are currently working with a primary school based in South Yorkshire who are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their committed team. This will be on a supply based contract, with the possibility for long term contracts.

About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils across the curriculum, both in class and through targeted interventionsWork closely with class teachers to plan and deliver engaging learning experiencesHelp create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all pupilsSupport the emotional, social, and educational development of childrenAssist with the preparation of classroom resources and activities

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Has previous experience working with children (school or educational setting preferred)Holds a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in childcare)Is a patient, positive, and proactive team playerHas strong communication skills and a flexible, 'can–do' attitudeIs committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of childrenThe right to work in the UK An enhanced child DBS on the update service Two professional references If you have ALL of the above, please email your CV to (url removed) or apply directly to this job advert.
