Pay Rate: £95 – £120 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (TA) to work in a school based in Bentley. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to support pupils’ learning and development, while gaining valuable experience in an educational setting.

Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:

Provide classroom support to teachers and pupils.

Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources.

Support students with special educational needs (SEN) or learning difficulties.

Assist with classroom behaviour management and individual student engagement.

Deliver small group interventions or one-to-one support where needed.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements for Teaching Assistant:

Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A patient, adaptable and empathetic approach to working with children.

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.

A full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any gaps in employment over the last 10 years.
