We are currently recruiting reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team for flexible supply work across primary schools in Accrington. This is a great opportunity for those looking to gain varied experience, build confidence in the classroom, or simply enjoy a more flexible work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils' learning under the direction of the class teacher

Work one-to-one or in small groups to help children reach their potential

Assist with classroom routines, behaviour, and engagement

Adapt quickly to different school environments and age groupsWhat We Offer:

Competitive hourly pay: £13.68 to £17.71 (based on qualifications and experience)

A minimum of Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification

At least 6 months of experience in a school setting (paid or voluntary)

An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

References covering the last 2 years

A CV detailing your full employment history over the past 10 years, with explanations for any gaps
