Primary School Support Staff – TA Roles (Bolton & Bury, September Start)

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting a number of support staff to join welcoming primary schools across Bolton and Bury from September. If you're an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or someone looking to develop a career in education, we'd love to hear from you.

Main duties include:

Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 depending on school need.

Providing one–to–one or small group interventions to boost attainment.

Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting social development.

Preparing resources and assisting with classroom activities.

Working collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support.

Ideal candidates will have:

Relevant school–based experience or transferable skills from childcare/youth work.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A nurturing, proactive, and resilient attitude.

Willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development.
