What You’ll Be Doing

Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN, helping them access learning and feel included

Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons

Encouraging pupils to develop confidence, independence, and social skills

Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Working closely with the SENCO and wider school team to meet individual needs

What We’re Looking For

A caring and resilient individual with a passion for supporting children with SEN

Experience working with children is an advantage, but not essential – a positive attitude is key

Strong teamwork and communication skills

A genuine commitment to helping every child succeed
