Contract Type: Long-term, short-term, permanent opportunities, or day-to-day cover - you're in control

Pay: Weekly pay - because you deserve to see the rewards quickly

About the Role

Some heroes wear capes. Ours wear comfortable shoes and carry visual timetables.

As an SEN supply teaching assistant, you'll work with pupils who have special educational needs, whether in a specialist SEN school or within a mainstream primary or secondary setting. You might support one-to-one, assist small groups, or adapt activities to help learners succeed - every day is different, and every day makes a real impact.

Whether you prefer the variety of daily cover or the consistency of a long-term role, you'll be part of a team dedicated to helping every pupil thrive.

Why You'll Love Being on SEN Supply

Flexibility - Choose when and where you work

Variety - From sensory rooms to science labs, no two days are the same

Weekly Pay - Get rewarded promptly for your dedication

Experience - Build skills in SEN and mainstream environments

Test the Waters - Try different schools before committing to a permanent role

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has experience supporting children or young people with SEN (or a strong desire to learn)

Is patient, empathetic, and adaptable in any situation

Communicates clearly with pupils, teachers, and support staff

Can use creativity and initiative to engage learners at all levels

Perks & Benefits:

Weekly pay straight to your account

Dedicated consultant matching you to the right settings

Ongoing CPD, including SEN-specific training

Opportunities to secure permanent positions with schools you love

Your Next Adventure Starts Here

From supporting a non-verbal pupil's communication to helping a student manage transitions between lessons, you'll be at the heart of their learning journey.

Apply now - the classroom that needs you most could be waiting tomorrow!
