Salary: GBP90 – GBP110 per day

Teacher Active are looking for passionate and experienced Sports Coaches to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across Southampton and the surrounding areas. This role involves delivering engaging physical activities while providing tailored support for students with a range of needs, including Autism/ASD, SEMH, SLD, PMLD, EBD, and ADHD. Whether you ve worked in schools, youth services, or community sports settings, your experience as a Sports Coach can make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.

The successful Sports Coach LSA will have:

Experience delivering sports or physical activity sessions within SEND or alternative education environmentsConfidence supporting children on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, adapting activities to meet individual needsAbility to manage group dynamics and maintain a positive, structured environment during sports sessionsA patient, caring, and encouraging approach to working with children who may face additional challenges In return, you can expect to receive:
