Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? We are working closely with a welcoming SEN school in Crowborough who are looking for enthusiastic Special Needs Teaching Assistants to join their dedicated team at both their Primary and Sixth Form sites.

What does the role of a Special Needs Teaching Assistant involve?
As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support children with a range of additional needs to access the curriculum and thrive in schoolAssist with daily activities and help promote independence and social skillsProvide emotional and practical support to children in a safe, nurturing environmentHelp create a positive, inclusive atmosphere that celebrates every child's achievementsSupport behaviour management strategies in line with school policiesAdapt activities and resources to meet the needs of individual pupilsWhy join us as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant?
