We are currently working with a busy South West Council is seeking an experienced SEND Transformation Lead to steer a city–wide strategy that delivers excellence in education, inclusion, and support for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Your duties as a SEND Transformation Lead:

Driving inclusion and improvement across SEND services Support the SEND & AP Delivery Board alongside the general SEND & Inclusion Strategy Reporting directly to senior leaders and contributing to strategic governance Overseeing delivery under the Safety Valve programme and DSG Deficit Management Plan Experience needed as a SEND Transformation Lead:
