Pay: £105 – £110 per day (mid-to-high range)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 8:30 am – 3:30 pm

Job Description

This SEND Teaching Assistant role offers a powerful chance to make a meaningful impact on pupils with additional needs. You’ll provide one-to-one and small group support—helping students access the curriculum, build confidence, and develop vital life skills. Whether it's guiding a student through structured routines or supporting their literacy development, your caring presence will be central to their progress.

Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents, you'll ensure that strategies are personalised and effective. Beyond academic assistance, you'll champion emotional wellbeing—offering encouragement, consistency, and stability in a supportive setting.

This role is perfect for those who are patient, adaptable, and deeply committed to inclusive education. You’ll finish each day knowing your work contributes to a child’s growth and belief in their own abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Experience working with SEND children is desirable.
