Work closely with the lead teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons

Support students who have additional needs—academically and emotionally

Join in with learning, play, and creativity in a meaningful way

Be a consistent, caring presence that helps children feel seen and supported

Have experience working with children or young people with SEND

Understand how children learn—and how to adapt to different needs

Are patient, warm, and enthusiastic about helping others grow

Communicate well and love being part of a team
